Candidates can apply to KU/DQM courses using any of the following 4 options:

OPTION 1
CLICK HERE to download the application form. Candidates should print the application form, complete it and send it to Admission Incharge along with the demand draft and all relevant documents through Registered/Speed Post or Courier.

OPTION 2
Apply online, CLICK HERE and follow the procedure for submitting application online. Candidates have the option of paying the application and course fee through Net Banking/Cash deposit at Kotak Mahindra / ICICI Bank counters or Demand Draft.

OPTION 3
Prospectus & Application form can be purchased from DQM Admissions office by writing to the following address by enclosing a request along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 200/- drawn in the favor of “Directorate of Quality Management” payable at New Delhi.
